Credit unions are a not-for-profit organization providing a variety of financial services to its members. Part of the uniqueness of credit unions is that the Board of Directors consists of volunteers elected by the membership.
All the volunteers commit their time and effort throughout the year to make sure the credit union is running properly in a safe and sound manner.
Each year at the Annual Meeting, Directors are elected by the membership.
