Credit unions are a not-for-profit organization providing a variety of financial services to it's members.  Part of the uniqueness of credit unions is that the Board of Directors consists of volunteers elected by the membership.

At the Annual Meeting held on April 21, 2007, four new board members were elected to serve on the board with three incumbents.  After the meeting, officers were elected and the following members will be on the Board of Directors:

SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE

Also volunteering are members of the Supervisory Committee.  They oversee the credit union in an auditing capacity and serve one year terms.

All the volunteers commit their time and effort throughout the year to make sure the credit union is running properly in a safe and sound manner.
