Brewer Federal Credit Union is pleased to offer you a new way to receive notifications about suspected fraud on your debit card. Starting soon, you can receive fraud alerts on your cell phone via text messaging.
Within the next few days, all members who currently have a cell phone number on record with Brewer FCU will receive a text prompting you to opt in to this new feature.
If you want to have alerts sent to your cell phone via text messaging, simply respond “YES”.
If you prefer to remain receiving your notifications as you currently do, simply do not respond. You will then receive any suspected fraud notifications via phone, email and/or letter.
If you do not have a cell phone number on record with us but would like to receive fraud alerts via text, simply give us a call at 989-7240 to sign up.
